REGULATORY & PROCUREMENT SUPPORT
Marine House supports shipowners, operators, shipyards, government agencies and financial institutions with vessel registration and procurement assignments.
Our naval architects and marine engineers coordinate technical information among owners, authorities, classification societies, flag administrations, shipyards, sellers and equipment suppliers.
The objective is simple: accurate documents, clear compliance, informed evaluation and fewer uncertainties before a vessel is registered, purchased, converted or accepted.
TWO CONNECTED PATHWAYS
Registration establishes the vessel’s regulatory identity. Tender support ensures the right technical requirement is defined and evaluated before purchase.
Technical documentation, authority coordination, survey support and clarification for inland, coastal and seagoing vessels.
Requirement definition, tender documentation, technical evaluation, price verification and acceptance support.
REGISTRATION IN BANGLADESH
Marine House supports registration of inland, coastal and seagoing vessels through the applicable Bangladesh regulatory channels, including the Department of Shipping (DOS) and the Mercantile Marine Department (MMD), as applicable.
We review the vessel’s technical records, prepare or update required drawings and coordinate comments, inspections and supporting documentation through the registration process.
INTERNATIONAL FLAG SUPPORT
We assist owners in understanding and satisfying the technical and documentary requirements of the selected international flag administration.
Marine House coordinates with the flag authority, its authorized representatives and the relevant classification society to support an orderly registration or change-of-flag process.
Final registration remains subject to approval by the relevant flag administration and competent authorities.
